01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rich99 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://rich99.cam (the "Site").

By accessing or using the rich99 Site in any manner — including but not limited to creating an account, browsing game content, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rich99 platform.

This Agreement is effective from the date of your first access to the Site or the date you complete account registration, whichever occurs earlier. rich99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the rich99 platform, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity);
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of rich99 or its affiliated companies;
• Not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had your account terminated by rich99 for any violation of these Terms;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.

rich99 employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures to confirm player identity and age. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's licence, or UMID card) at any point. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on the rich99 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If rich99 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. rich99 will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player. Submitting false identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. rich99 will not be responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify rich99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

rich99 may at its discretion require additional verification at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement with a Philippine address), or enhanced due diligence documents. Processing of withdrawal requests may be paused pending the completion of such verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

rich99 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. rich99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which rich99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Funds deposited must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted, except where a specific bonus waiver applies;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible;
• rich99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.

rich99 endeavours to process approved withdrawals within one (1) business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the recipient payment provider and is outside rich99's control. GCash and Maya cashouts typically reflect within the same day for verified accounts in good standing.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

rich99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page, which form part of and supplement this Agreement.

• Promotions are available to verified accounts in good standing only, unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• rich99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, collusion, or exploiting bonus conditions — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure;
• Only one promotion may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms;
• Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to claim any promotional offer during the self-exclusion period.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rich99 platform — including but not limited to slot machines, live casino table games, bingo, and card games — operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity.

By participating in any game on rich99, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG or live dealing processes that are beyond the control or manipulation of rich99, its employees, or any other party;
• Game results displayed on your device are final and binding. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays in affected rounds;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on your device and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail;
• Each game carries a defined return-to-player ("RTP") percentage; rich99 does not guarantee individual winning outcomes;
• Specific game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and paytables are accessible within each individual game interface and should be reviewed prior to play.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rich99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised with your payment provider in bad faith;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
• Providing false identity, age, or financial information to rich99;
• Using the platform in any manner that constitutes harassment of other users or rich99 staff;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the rich99 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, audio, video, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and interface design — is the exclusive property of rich99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the rich99 platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

09 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by rich99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.

rich99 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services.

10 Responsible Gaming

rich99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we actively provide tools and resources to help players maintain control.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account dashboard;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a defined period;

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rich99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or interruption of service;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party game content;
• Technical failures beyond rich99's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or force majeure events.

In any event, rich99's total cumulative liability to you for any cause arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your rich99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination of Accounts

rich99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or fraud, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The regulatory authority with primary oversight over rich99's operations is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the rich99 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or to the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause prevents rich99 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief before any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rich99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rich99 will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document. In cases of significant changes, rich99 may also provide notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the rich99 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
